Grief and Loss
Grief finds us in all sorts of ways.
Your journey with grief is your own. How you feel, what you think, your relationship with whom or what you are grieving, how much time has passed — they are unique to you.
Sometimes it's like you can't breathe, a cold sharp wind that takes your breath away.
You can’t fully relax or settle.
Maybe you’re numb, enraged, or even relieved.
Perhaps grief has swallowed you up and you're living life from behind its teeth, watching yourself go through the motions.
Or maybe you feel “fine” and time is all that is needed.

Maybe the grief has been quiet for a long time and it unexpectedly showed up. Whatever you feel, you may be on your psychological and actual knees.
You are struggling to do the basic things or doing them on
robot mode.
You may have children to care for and work to show up to.
If a person, pet, experience, or a part of yourself has died, I get it. Grief is an experience that will shape you forever. The shape may change, but it is always there.
I can help you be with your grief — whatever this process means for you — that also supports you to be in your life in a meaningful way.
