I can offer you the space to unload, explore, fall apart, feel witnessed, and rebuild.
Hello. My name is Feliza Guidero.
I imagine you’re reading this because you’re curious to see if a connection sparks somewhere in these words and on these pages. I’ll share what I think is important for you to know about
me and my work.
Life is messy, awesome, heartbreaking, and precious.
And hard.
Maybe you’re just trying to get through the day. You’re holding up a lot, you’re doing a lot, and you need a space where you can set it all down.
I can give you that space.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Washington State. I am trained to help people with a lot of different concerns. I can be of help if you are a young adult, a new parent, a woman managing all the things, or a person of color. Or perhaps all those at once. I can also help if you are struggling with your partner, if life is unbearable because someone you love is no longer on this planet, if you are anxious, if you are trying to pick up the pieces after trauma, if your relationship with food and your body is rough.
I am a person of color and the daughter and granddaughter of immigrants. I am Asian and Latina. I bring that life experience to my work. I am a psychologist because I think that real connection - honest and brave connection - with another person helps you to be more yourself.
And when you are more genuinely yourself in more areas of your life and with more people, you will live a more meaningful, joyful life.
I don’t know all the answers, but I do know that trying to find the answers with someone is usually better than trying alone.
Whatever led you here today, if you found the spark, please reach out and we can talk about working together.

I was raised on Whidbey Island on a farm, playing in the dirt. I enjoy growing anything and know how to walk a cow home after it escapes from the pasture. I have a deep love and respect for the planet. I believe connecting with nature and breathing fresh air can do a lot of good for our mental health.
